Taekwon-Do Demonstration

On Thursday 28st February, we will be hosting a Taekwon-Do demonstration at Scotts Hall on Barford Avenue, Bedford. The demo will be focusing on our new 'Urban Tigers' class designed for juniors (age 4 - 8 years old). We will be desmonstrating patterns, exercises and drills & techniques.

All are welcome, so come along and see just what Taekwon-Do is about and how it can help your little tigers as well as anyone else.

WAKO Tournament

Saturday 16th February there will be a WAKO tournament taking part in Nottingham. This tournament will consist of a mixture of martial artists. If you are interested, please see Mr. McKnight for further details.

Next Grading

The next grading will be in 3rd March 2008 at the Allens Club, Hurst Grove, Queens Park, Bedford. MK40 4DN.

ITF English Championships

Congratulations to Hasanan and Adam Gold in winning medals at the second ITF English Championships. Hasanan won gold in patterns and Adam won gold for distruction, silver for patterns and gold for special techniques. Pictures below are Hasanan, Mr Earl McKnight (Instructor) and Adam.
